Tools that see beyond the visible
A visual inspection is the foundation of every home inspection. Where it adds value, we go further with specialized tools:
Thermal imaging
An infrared camera shows temperature differences across walls, ceilings and floors. It can reveal hidden moisture, missing insulation, air leaks and overheating electrical components that aren't visible to the naked eye.
Moisture meters
When thermal imaging or visual clues suggest a problem, a moisture meter confirms whether materials are actually wet — the difference between a cosmetic stain and an active leak.
Drone photography
For steep, high or fragile roofs, a drone lets us inspect coverings, flashing and chimneys safely and in detail, where flying is permitted.
Digital reporting
