Is Johnni really free?
Yes. Johnni is included at no extra charge with qualifying home, townhouse and condo inspections. Optional third-party services and repairs are billed separately by those providers.
How do I get my home into the app?
After your inspection report is published, download Johnni and sign in with the same email address you used to book your inspection. Your home profile is found automatically.
Does Johnni replace my inspection report or my inspector?
No. Your signed inspection report and your inspector remain the official sources. Johnni helps you understand and act on them, and you can always contact Shane with questions. For emergencies or safety concerns, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
Can I keep using it after I move in?
Yes. Johnni is designed to be used for years: maintenance reminders, equipment ages, recalls and help finding the right trade when something comes up.
Is my information private?
Your home profile is visible only to your signed-in account and is not public. You can delete your account from inside the app. See Inspect Canada for its full privacy policy.
